1. What submitting a request does

Submitting a request on outbidi.lol does not charge you and does not create a binding purchase by itself. It sends your listing details and requested amount to our team; we follow up by email to confirm details and arrange payment directly. A listing's position on the public ranking board is determined solely by the cumulative amount confirmed for that listing within the relevant time window (All-time, Today, or Daily). You are not purchasing advertising placement, editorial endorsement, or any guarantee of traffic, clicks, or outcomes.

2. Eligibility & listing requirements

You must own or be authorized to represent any product, website, or profile you submit. Listed websites must display valid company or ownership details. Prohibited listings include chat/invite links, sexual or adult content, and any content that violates applicable law.

3. Payment is arranged directly, not through the app

There is no self-serve checkout on outbidi.lol. Once we confirm your request by email, payment terms (amount, method, and any refund policy) are agreed directly between you and our team at that time, and are not automatically covered by this page. Once a payment is confirmed, it is treated as final under the terms agreed in that exchange — including where a listing is later outranked, drops off the Today board, receives fewer clicks than expected, or is removed for a rules violation.

4. Rank assignment

Rank is assigned only once payment is confirmed by our team, not at the time you submit a request. If multiple requests are confirmed close together, each listing lands at whatever position its confirmed total then supports; outbidi.lol does not guarantee a specific numeric rank at the time a request is submitted.

5. Removal

We may remove a listing that violates these Terms or the Rules at any time. We may also correct a listing's category or metadata where it was clearly mis-submitted.

6. No warranty

The board is provided as-is. We do not warrant any level of traffic, visibility, or business outcome from a listing.
